Since 1867, Ercuis has created fine cutlery used in embassies, yachts, and fine hotels around the world. Each piece of Ercuis sterling silver cutlery is marked with two patterns: the "poincon de maitre" (or master's mark) with the Ercuis initials inside of a diamond shape, and the French state's head of Minerva, which ensures that the pieces are crafted using 925 (first quality) silver and that they are made in France. Five-piece setting includes dinner knife, dinner fork, place spoon, salad fork, and teaspoon.
